React JSX folding issue

Hello! In versions above 1.23.1 there is a problem with Javascript React code folding. Javascript functions are folded well, but JSX is failed to fold because there is no + button for folding. 1.23.1 and below works just fine.

VS Code version: Code 1.23.1 (d0182c3, 2018-05-10T17:11:17.614Z)
