Response groups consist of agent groups, queues, and workflows. An agent group is a group of people who are designated to answer Response Group calls.
The Response Groups - Group page displays a list of all the agent groups that are defined for your organization.
You can perform the following tasks from the Response Groups - Group page:

Create a new agent group

Change an existing agent group

Delete an agent group

New Starts a new agent group.

Edit Opens the selected agent group to edit it, selects all agent groups in the list, or deletes the selected agent groups.

Refresh Refreshes the list of agent groups.

Name The unique name that identifies the agent group.

Service The ApplicationServer service that hosts the agent group.

Description The description for the agent group.
