How do I create Application Insight using CLI.

I can't find any documentation on creating Application Insight using CLI. There is only an example using Powershell and ARM templates.

A similar question is being tracked here: Azure/azure-cli#5543. There is currently not a way to create new Azure Monitor Application Insights resources via the cli other than using the generic resource create. The documentation for Azure Monitor specific cli commands can be found here.
