Hi.
Does "Configure logging" section apply to ADLS Gen2?
I have enabled logging but do not see any such "$logs" container.

It is mentioned that Azure Files does not support logging, but what about the blobs in ADLS gen2? Is there a way to track the "diagnostics logs for read, write, and delete requests for the blob" in ADLS Gen2?

@agresh07, Diagnostic logs aren't available for Data Lake Storage Gen2 accounts.

You can enable diagnostic logging for your Azure Data Lake Storage Gen1 accounts, blobs, files, queues and tables

@YASWANTHM-MSFT Is this a bug or that the feature was removed?

Hi @grnadav - diagnostic logs for ADLS Gen2 are available if you enroll in the public preview of multi-protocol access on Data Lake Storage - there's an entry in the Data Lake Storage Gen2 Known issues doc that describes that support - https://docs.microsoft.com/azure/storage/blobs/data-lake-storage-known-issues

Just tested - it seems events like changing the access rights on a folder are not logged yet since they are specific to ADLS Gen2.
@normesta, is there anything I am missing here / is this documented somewhere?
Looking for something like this: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/rest/api/storageservices/storage-analytics-log-format#log-entry-format-20, but for ADLS Gen2.
