I get this error, 'No permissions to read Service Health events for 1 subscription(s).' I have the owner role for all resource groups within the subscription but fewer permissions at subscription level.

I am unable to reproduce this issue. For those still impacted and can verify they have the right permissions, please use this link to raise a support request so we can investigate further via the Azure support channel.
