I'm trying to add unique keys thru the portal but it doesn't show the options.

@thenralmani We are assigning it to author to further check this.

@ThomasWeiss We tried creating the Collection for Mongo DB API and Container for SQL API. We are getting option to create the Unique key for SQL one but not the Mongo one. Please check and correct document if needed.

We have temporarily removed the option to create unique keys from the portal when working with MongoDB API accounts because of internal issues we're currently working on. I will update this thread once it's restored.

@thenralmani as Thomas mentioned above, this feature is temporarily removed, in the mean-time, you can use the SDKs to create unique keys. Here are the instructions for creating the unique key with SDK: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/cosmos-db/mongodb-indexing#creating-unique-indexes
