Azure AD B2C User flows are serving an outdated version of JQuery when using custom ui templates

Custom UI templates are using jquery-bundle-1.10.2. A recent security scan revealed that this version contains vulnerabilities as mentioned in the following pages.

• Inadequate/dangerous jQuery behavior for 3rd party text/javascript responses  jquery/jquery#2432

Is there a way to serve custom UI pages with a current version of JQuery?
