This page includes usage of the deprecated new TelemetryClient() parameterless constructor.

Can it please be updated to the preferred approach.

It is deprecated but only for .NET Core apps. For .NET Framework apps it is still valid with the latest version of the SDK. This article is describing .NET exceptions in the context of .NET Framework apps. It is super helpful that you pointed this out though in that others have described similar issues with some of our other docs. I will add a clarifying note to help avoid the confusion.
