Currently, the documentation states that

There are two additional operators, not equal and logical or, that are allowed in the conditional x-ms-if-tags header for blob operation but do not exist in the FindBlobsByTags operation.

I'd like to bump the importance of the logical OR operator in tag queries and add support for the operator in FindBlobsByTags operation.

In addition to that, support for more than a single OR operator in a single query would help with various scenarios when filtering is more advanced. This could count as an advanced query and be charged accordingly.

This is on our backlog and will consider it based on customer demand.

In the meantime, we are focused on GA improvements.

@xyh1, is there a public issue to track this feature request? Thank you.

No unfortunately we don't use public issues to track feature requests.
This is the only public facing method we use: https://feedback.azure.com/forums/217298-storage
