Can't add collaborators #6478
Comments
@chiayenhung |
The contributor your added should not see the app under the Dashboard. Rather, you should add them as a contributor as descripted in the doc. After that they login to their LUIS account and can select My Apps at the top of the screen: From there, they will be able to select your add and modify it. The Dashboard option should only be present once you actually select the app: I will close this out but if it does not answer your question please let me know and we can reopen and continue. |
He can't see the app in his "My apps" either |
You are the owner of the App correct? I would check to ensure you added the correct email address: and make sure that that is the same email address he is using to sing into LUIS. We just followed the steps in this document and were able to see the app without issue so the steps in the doc are correct. Another couple of things to try:

@chiayenhung any update on this? |
It works after change the email to our original organization email. For example, In my app settings, We are using organization azure accounts to login to Azure world. |
@chiayenhung thanks for getting back and confirming! |

i was adding a collaborator but he can't see it in his dashboard.
Do I miss something?
