The contributor your added should not see the app under the Dashboard. Rather, you should add them as a contributor as descripted in the doc. After that they login to their LUIS account and can select My Apps at the top of the screen:

From there, they will be able to select your add and modify it.

The Dashboard option should only be present once you actually select the app:

I will close this out but if it does not answer your question please let me know and we can reopen and continue.

You are the owner of the App correct?

I would check to ensure you added the correct email address:

and make sure that that is the same email address he is using to sing into LUIS.

We just followed the steps in this document and were able to see the app without issue so the steps in the doc are correct.

Another couple of things to try:

  1. remove him from the collaboratos and re add him.
  2. Try adding a different email address and see you get the same results.
  3. Try creating a secondary test app and add him as a collaborator to see if it still happens.

It works after change the email to our original organization email.
The account we used to login to Azure world is different than our original ones and it causes confusion.

For example,

In my app settings,
Owner email is myself's email, e.g. organization azure account
Collaborator's emails are original organization emails

We are using organization azure accounts to login to Azure world.
But we could close this issue if you guys are ok with that.
Thanks,

Hello, I've tried a whole day but couldn't make a collaborator see the Luis Apps I made.

I've created an organisation and validated the DNS.
Created to him an user @myorg.microsoft.com
Added him into both directories I have.
Give him access as contributor to the LUIS resource.

As I don't have any previous experience in Azure, I am probably misunderstanding the concepts but couldn't find the solution in the internet as well
