I couldn't get the description as an error - does this error mean that the user was prompted but did not respond?

@kazshi The error is available on the Sign-in activity report error codes in the Azure Active Directory portal which you have shared.
It means the "User prompted for consent to keep them signed-in on the device"

Yes, I read the document. But I couldn't understand what the message means exactly, looks like it's status rather than an error to me. Does the message mean that the user was prompted but did not respond? or something similar? I'd like to know more additional information. Thanks.

@kazshi The document seems updated by the author with more details yesterday.

"This error occurred due to "Keep me signed in" interrupt when the user was signing-in. Please file a support ticket with Correlation ID, Request ID and Error code to get more details."
Hope this helps.

Thanks for your response.
But I'm still not clear.
"Please file a support ticket with Correlation ID, Request ID and Error code to get more details." - is this really what user should do? I think an error message usually should provide "problem" and "solution (action user to take)". I'm asking because I got a question from a customer about this error code originally, and the customer wants to know what should do and how to prevent to get the error. Thanks.

@kazshi This error is related to the "Keep me Signed in" feature however Azure AD gives an option to hide the remain signed in prompt. Admins can choose to hide this new prompt for users by using the “Show option to remain signed in” setting in company branding through Azure Admin portal. Please can you try the same.

Thank you, Saurabh.
Now I think I understood what it means, I provided the info to the customer. I would expect the explanation would be described in somewhere.
