This page links to the Azure EA portal documentation, which in order to access you have to sign in to the EA portal. Why can't the EA portal's documentation be publicly accessible like all other documentation?

The EA (Enterprise Agreement) link in question is: https://ea.azure.com/helpdocs/associateExistingAccount ,
and in the article the link is visibly labeled as:
'Associate an Existing Account'
.
But this is not my area.
