Why is the EA portal documentation secured? #9117

This page links to the Azure EA portal documentation, which in order to access you have to sign in to the EA portal. Why can't the EA portal's documentation be publicly accessible like all other documentation?

The EA (Enterprise Agreement) link in question is:
https://ea.azure.com/helpdocs/associateExistingAccount ,
and in the article the link is visibly labeled as:
'Associate an Existing Account'
.
But this is not my area.

Thanks @MightyPen. The url is correct. But we have to sign into EA portal before we can access the link. I have forwarded this feedback to product team.
