Troubleshoot the Siebel adapter

The [!INCLUDEadapterpacknoversion] uses or depends on several different Microsoft technologies including but not limited to [!INCLUDEafproductnamelong], Microsoft [!INCLUDEbtsVStudioNoVersion], and the Microsoft [!INCLUDEdotnet45]/[!INCLUDEdotnet451].
