Error:
Joining collaboration session: Could not connect to the server. HTTPS connection failed, verify there are no self-signed certificates or custom cert validation policies blocking Live Share.

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Install LiveShare extensions.
2. Join or start a LiveShare.
3. Log in with GitHub.

Basically, having issues with connecting to LiveShare on a home network (should be no blocking) on Debian. I have no firewall installed. Tried both joining (a friend's attempt which was working) and starting multiple times.
