[BUG] Opening chat from app does open wrong conversation

Steps to reproduce

We build an app for MS Teams which does provide a chatbot to the user and some custom tabs.

When on the tabs, I do have the option to click on the small robo-icon on the top right (Teams on android) to get back to the conversation.

For whatever reason I do end up in a complete different conversation (with an old working colleague from 2 years ago..). When I type "Start" the bot responds as expected, so I'm obviously in the correct conversation, but somehow the app does show me other content in there (which is clearly wrong)

Expected behavior

Show me the conversation with the bot and not any other conversation

Actual behavior

I can see another conversation:

As you can see in the short video, on the top of the conversation you have a "Nina. H has left the conversation". I can scroll up there and have all of the conversation I had with my earlier coworker.

We will check this at our end and get back to you. Are you facing this issue only with Micromate app or with other apps as well which have tab & bot. Did you check this in any other device?

We just checked on another device but another account. There it works as expected.

I can reproduce that on my account in teams on desktop as well on android. Couldn't see the same on another bot.

We checked this at our end, we are not able to repro this. It seems like an issue specific to your device. For Microsoft Teams product issues/failures your tenant Admin can reach out to Microsoft 365 Product Support.

@Meghana-MSFT I'm quite sure you checked out my video. As profen in the video, it is somehow possible that your Microsoft Teams App does navigate from an app screen within teams to a wrong conversation.. so somehow the teams android app does mess up the conversations...

This is clearly a bug which you/microsoft should look at. This is not an enduser problem as I cannot do something wrong here. I'm navigating within your mobile app from one page to another and it is messed up! I only reported that issue here because we develop our app for Microsoft Teams and our customers are quite often confused about this kind of bugs in your software.

So could you please look at that again by not trying to "not repro it" but by giving it a shot and figure out together with the responsibles how this bug is possible and find a solution for it? I don't think it should be my responsibility to run through your "support-whatever-team"-process and spend hours to maybe (most probably not) find someone who cares about this bug. Thanks!
