A RelQuadBezTo row can only be persisted in the .vsdx, .vsdm, .vstx, .vstm, .vssx, and .vssm file formats. When a file is saved to the Visio 2003-2010 formats, the RelQuadBezTo row is converted to a NURBSTo row.
