no differenz between ofe and ofv

[the-ft]

hi, as the title says.

for example

<a href="ms-word:ofv|u|file://///server/path/document.docx">view</a>
<a href="ms-word:ofe|u|file://///server/path/document.docx">edit</a>

these two lines behave the same.
both can change the document, by click on Save inside Word it is overwritten.
