Yahei font is owned by Founder company and Microsft just has the using right. So please check my question again because It may effect every software copamny in China most of them using Yahei as the default font in theire software and thus their documents will contains images on website with Yahei font on it.

I would suggest MSFT employees/vendors not dismiss this issue lightly (#194, #87) and forward this issue to their lawyers.
There is an obvious contradiction between what the FAQ says and what Founder does.
Founder is the font licensor that licenses the Chinese characters of YaHei to Microsoft. It is constantly seeking compensation of the rights to YaHei from Windows users who use the font for commercial designs on a Windows software.
