Avoid "non-Latin"

OpenType Layout addresses complex typographical issues that especially affect people using text-processing applications in multi-lingual and non-Latin environments.

This is problematic in two respects: "non-Latin" centers Latin script and lumps every other script together as one category; and OTL is used for font files targeting the Latin script too!
