The driver is loaded, but the kernel is not. - STATIONQUERY_FLAGS_RUNNING
The driver is loaded but not capturing data. - STATIONQUERY_FLAGS_CAPTURING
The driver is actively engaged in a capture. - STATIONQUERY_FLAGS_TRANSMITTING
