Add-VpnIPAddressRange |
Adds a new IPv4 address range from which IPv4 addresses can be assigned to VPN clients.
Add-VpnIPAddressRange [-IPAddressRange] <String[]> [-ComputerName <String>] [-PassThru]
[[-RoutingDomain] <String>] [-CimSession <CimSession[]>] [-ThrottleLimit <Int32>] [-AsJob] [-WhatIf]
[-Confirm] [<CommonParameters>]
The Add-VpnIPAddressRange cmdlet adds a new IPv4 address range from which IPv4 addresses can be assigned to VPN clients.
This cmdlet is only applicable if the IPv4 address assignment is originating from statically configured IP address pools.
PS C:\>Add-VpnIPAddressRange -IPAddressRange 40.1.1.10, 40.1.1.30 -PassThru
This example adds the IP address range 40.1.1.10
(starting IP) through 40.1.1.30
(ending IP) to the IPv4 address pool for assignment to VPN clients.
Runs the cmdlet as a background job. Use this parameter to run commands that take a long time to complete.

The Microsoft.Management.Infrastructure.CimInstance
object is a wrapper class that displays Windows Management Instrumentation (WMI) objects.
The path after the pound sign (#
) provides the namespace and class name for the underlying WMI object.
The VpnIPAddressRange object consists of the following properties:
The starting IPv4 address of the range that was added.
The ending IPv4 address of the range that was added.
