Add-VpnSstpProxyRule [-Rule] <CimInstance[]> [-PassThru] [-CimSession <CimSession[]>] [-ThrottleLimit <Int32>]

The Add-VpnSstpProxyRule cmdlet adds a tenant ID to gateway mapping.
