Add host information to the HGS configuration

Applies to: Windows Server 2022, Windows Server 2019, Windows Server 2016

Get information about the hosts from the fabric admin and add it to HGS. This step varies depending on the mode of attestation:

• Add host information for Admin-trusted attestation
• Add host information for TPM-trusted attestation
