In the beginning of the document there is a note states " If you use SQL Merge Replication or Always on Availability Groups, the Rapid Restore tool isn't supported. We recommend SQL-based backups and a backup of the SSL certificate." but in the Version History, in the Version 1.0.73.0, it states "Add support for SQL clusters that use merge replication".
Can you update the document with a better description of the support in the scenarios using SQL Server as ADFS database?
