AZTECH codes not attached to, or embedded in, the email

Recognizing that this was a known issue going into launching the AZTECH codes, it has turned into a slightly bigger problem than we anticipated it would be.

In the 5 hours since the codes were emailed, there have been a number of support tickets indicating that the attendee is unable to view the AZTECH code. Either their device security policy prohibits loading external images, they didn't notice they had to click a button to download images, or other such problem.

There is also concern, raised by another staffer, that a previous convention that had registration in Hall A was unable to get enough cellular signal to load barcodes at that event. They admitted that the number of attendees at that event is higher, but cellular signal problems abounded in 2018.

This should be resolved prior to November 2020.
