PM system should be rewritten, it's not enough to implement new things... the impact is quite huge, I tried to do that in the past, but I decided to avoid due to the amount of changes and the lack of time.

I've taken a look at this. It's hard to steal the PM system, because it's really integrated into the new "UCP" system phpBB3 has. Taking this would be "good", but probably far too long/time-inefficient...

I'll try to copy-paste the files and see how many things break, as a starting point.
