Trigger element with subelements does not work #77

If you take your example and replace:

<button id="datepicker-trigger">Select dates</button>

with

<button id="datepicker-trigger"><span>Select dates</span></button>

it no longer shows datepicker.

The real use case is that I have a button with an icon so clicking on the icon does not work and clicking on the button text does work.
