Blinking cursor not evident in 3 dark themes #124

Hi, I just found when focus on the title control, the blinking cursor is not evident enough to be seen sometimes in 3 dark themes, they are:

highcontrast-black
monokai-neo
solarized-dark

Is it possible to make the cursor have same color as the title characters?
