cant switch to duel wield

i cant switch i press r, i change the bind and still cant. i dont know if its lag or any thing im using 1.7.10 and the mod version is Bullseye 1.0.8.3

Make sure there is no conflicts with the key. I think it has to be the only thing for that key. I had two other things binded to 'R'. When I removed them both it worked.
