Huh... that's new. I've never encountered that with just Minestrapp installed, so my best guess is it's some incompatibility with another mod that adds custom mob loot.

Are you able to do a few tests using only Minestrapp and each other mod that adds new mob loot? If I know specifically which mods are causing the issue, that'll greatly increase the chances that I can actually figure out how to solve it.

Faced similar issue (https://pastebin.com/WtS1JJcK) with Minestrappolation v5.7.5 and Better With Mods v2.3.24. Solved this problem by disabling "LlamaDrops" option in the tweaks category of BWM config file.
