目前 OneBot 实现部分与协议部分耦合太多，不易于之后的更新。

原 python-libonebot 无法完美实现 OneBot Connect 的内容，计划将其重写，以减少与协议的耦合，并添加一些新特性便于开发，也可以帮助之后的 OneBot Python 实现开发者快速在新的聊天机器人平台实现 OneBot 标准。
