I'm using a photo on my Dropbox as a key file which works great for desktop, and makes it pretty hard for someone to guess, should my account be compromised.
However in MiniKeePass, I'm required to put this file on my iPhone through iTunes, therefore if I lose it, it's very easy for someone to see my key file as it's listed within the app. I use a pin and master password too, so it should be pretty safe, but I'm wondering if it's possible to be able to chose the key file direct from Dropbox? Or perhaps even a URL could work.
Cheers
Mark

The workaround would be to use .key as the extension for the image. Then you are able to open it via MiniKeePass in the dropbox application. This will import the file to MiniKeePass (but you loose the syncing as it gets copied over)
