LuckPerms Prefix does not apply to Display Name

Setup

Channel format: <luckperms_prefix><display_name><reset>: <message>
Group prefix: <blue>+

Expected result
A blue + character followed by a blue display name.

Actual result
A blue + character followed by a white display name. It seems as though the formatting for the prefix is self-closing tabs.

Workaround
There is a workaround available for this issue.
Channel format: <luckperms_prefix>: <message>
Group prefix: <blue>+<display_name></blue> (closing tag provided for completion).
This gets the desired result, but it's not appropriate for the display name to live in the prefix.
