Describe the bug
Log levels are not saved when changed in inspector. Instead you have to enter play mode and exit play mode before they are saved.

To Reproduce

  1. make new scene
  2. added log settings to a new gameobject,
  3. set the log level of script to log
  4. run a playmode test
  5. logger for script is using warning (default level)

Expected behavior
Log levels should be applied and saved when they are changed in the inspector
