Port root microservices backend to separate repo #258

Please ensure ALL out root micrposervices reuse the same backend (ported from existing ones).

NOTE that different microservices may contain additional to standard parameters. Port common parameters to the separate root-backend microservice.

BE AWARE, ensure special permissions for backend microservice in order to get it working (consult @AlexanderC, @mgoria)

Yes. Currently each root microservice duplicates the backend logic.
