I am wondering if there is a way to HIDE a mod in MO2, rather than Remove. This would be handy to:
Keep a large load order cleaner
Keep old mods installed (for future reference), but out of the way
Make separate large profiles easier to manage
Allow the user to have more than one version of a mod installed (but with different Mod Names) and hide the one they are not using in this particular profile.
Hopefully there would be a checkbox to Show/Hide these hidden mods. Also hopefully one could Shift/Select and hide/unhide several at once.
My apologies if this is already possible. I could not find it.
Thanks for this absolutely most important program!

The method is there though clunky. You can currently hide mods by highlight and right clicking them and selecting 'hide' and after a manual or batch file backup (copying your folders to a backup file) you can also create a new portable instance and copy the mods from your backup folder. As I said, if you wanted to automate this you could schedule a batch file to run every day at a certain time. Did that help?
Thanks for your response. I tried right clicking on MO2 left and right side, and I cannot see this option.
If you right click, then go into Information, then look through the tabs, there are some ways to hide some things. Perhaps this is what you were referring to? I am hoping for a simple "hide mod/unhide mod" option in the main interface itself.
