Deleting profile specific save files skips the recycling bin, making them irrecoverable

The problem:

When MO2 deletes profile specific saves (upon switching a profile to use global saves and confirming the deletion) they skip the recycling bin, making them irrecoverable.

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a Skyrim MO profile with profile specific saves and occupied saves
2. Switch the profile to use global saves
3. When asked to delete profile specific saves, select yes
4. Observe the previous save files are not available in the recycling bin, so there is no way to recover them
