The problem:

Mod sorting does not saved after refresh or restart MO

To Reproduce:

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Select Ukrainian language
Add category or mod
Do your sorting
Refresh or restart MO

Environment:

Mod Organizer Version that exhibits the issue: 2.5
Last Mod Organizer Version that did not exhibit the issue (if applicable): -
Desktop OS/version used to run Mod Organizer: Windows 11 Pro Version 23H2
