ddmore R package should consider sys package for system calls from R

As with rspeaksnonmem, the ddmore R package could call converters and target software from the command line. @dpastoor has suggested github.com/jeroen/sys as a good solution, allowing the user more control over execution e.g. to schedule, or execute as a background process.
