Make sure at least one Ionic component can be rendered via Vue on CodeSandbox

There is an open issue regarding this:
codesandbox/codesandbox-client#1482

I will try to investigate further though

At the end of the day it is an issue with codesandbox and how it deploys code, looks like it doesn't use webpack behind the scenes as per my comments on above issue. Another option would be to look for a different solution within Ionic, as the issue is with how svgs are imported
