关于Frame discard问题 #95

一、问题描述:
1.在使用engine时，推的流在engine/subscriber.go里面报stop xxx ，错误的原因为error dsicard；
2.看了下discard在engine/common/frame.go中，有注释--如果写入时还有读取者没有离开则废弃该帧。防止并发读写。

二、疑问
1.之前的流错误都是timeout等,会走hook插件。但是这个错误并没有。
2.关于discard()方法的解释还能有更加全局,详细一点的解析么。plz

这个不属于流错误，单纯是由于订阅者消费卡住引起的，因此这里会终止订阅者
