Reproduction:

1. Open game preferences and set "Context menu on shift click" to off
2. Become a cyborg
3. Attempt to do a right click interaction with shift+right click: go down a ladder, draw with a syringe, etc.
4. Instead, it just examines whatever you click on (as if you did shift+left click), rather than doing the right click action
   (If you were a humanoid, shift+right click WOULD do the right click interaction, but you are a cyborg so it does not)
