For example, something that would otherwise parse to:

[{"day": "sunday", "opens": "09:00", "closes": "17:00"}, {"day": "sunday", "opens": "17:00", "closes": "19:00"}]

would automatically get merged into:

[{"day": "sunday", "opens": "09:00", "closes": "19:00"}]
