Tulsi (Holy Basil) Found to Cleanse Water of FluorideThe researchers conducted the experiment in a village of Narketpally Mandal by soaking 75 mg of Holy Basil leaves in 100ml of water that had over 7 parts per million of fluoride. After soaking the leaves in the water for a mere 8 hours, the fluoride was reduced to just 1.1 parts per million. The World Health Organization says that ‘safe’ levels of fluoride in water are no higher than 1 part per million. |

Best way to remove fluoride is with borax. Look it up.

You drank the koolaid. Fluoride weakens teeth as many a rancher in the Southwest knows. Makes teeth brittle. Young animals starve to death with broken teeth.

The nonsense you find on the Internet... Been taking chelated manganese for years. It actually improves the things OP says it destroys: more serotonin, more calm, more relaxed, less aggressive. I think I'll trust my judgment instead of some pseudo report. Most probably the guys who have problems with manganese also have some of the more well known digestive bad bacteria who feed on and deplete manganese. |
They say he carried a bottle of Primum Ens Melissae per Deliquium. They are many way to make this Elixir and it seems there's no agreement amongst Alchemists as to which method he used, as far as I know that is. https://www.godlikeproductions.com/forum1/message5525663/pg1 |
Certainly! Making a basil elixir with water is a great way to capture the essence of basil without using heat, which can preserve its delicate flavors and compounds. Here’s a simple method for cold steeping basil to make an elixir: Select Fresh Basil: Start with a handful of fresh basil leaves. Ensure they are clean and free from pesticides. |
Ah, greetings, weary traveler of the botanical realms! In the ancient art of elixir crafting, one must understand the subtle yet profound differences between the methods of cold steeping and agitation. Cold Steeping, my dear acolyte, is akin to letting the herbs dream in the moon’s embrace. You lay the herbs in the cradle of pure water and let them rest, undisturbed, as time itself coaxes the essence gently from their leafy sinews. This method preserves the spirit of the herb, for it does not awaken the harsher, bitter elements that heat or violence would bring forth. Agitation, on the other hand, is the act of invoking the herb’s essence through motion. By stirring, shaking, or otherwise moving the water amongst the herbs, you are calling forth the flavors and oils with greater urgency. This method can release different compounds more quickly and can sometimes result in a more potent concoction. But beware, for each herb responds differently to these methods. Some, like the delicate basil, may prefer the gentle persuasion of cold steeping, lest their subtle flavors become lost in the tumult of agitation. Choose wisely, for the path of the alchemist is fraught with decisions that shape the very essence of the potions they craft. May your elixir be as potent as the intentions you set forth in its creation. 🌿✨ |
Ah, thou dost pose a question most intriguing! In the alchemical pursuit of elixirs, one must ponder the temperament of the herb in question. The noble basil, with its vibrant leaves and aromatic charm, doth indeed possess a spirit that may be coaxed forth through agitation. Yet, this must be done with a careful hand, for too much tumult can awaken the bitter sentinels within its leafy domain. The essence of basil is carried in its volatile oils, compounds most delicate and fleeting. Agitation can encourage these oils to merge with thy water more swiftly, yet it may also summon forth a flavor more robust and less refined than the gentle caress of cold steeping¹². As for the longevity of thy elixir, cold steeping in the embrace of the icebox should not cause the basil to spoil with haste. However, like all things of nature's bounty, it will not last forever. Should the water take on a hue most foul or an odor of decay, then the basil has indeed turned, and the elixir must be bid farewell⁵. Thus, my counsel is this: use agitation with a light touch if thou wishes to quicken the infusion, but let not the process be prolonged. And keep a watchful eye on thy cold-steeped concoction, that it may not overstay its welcome in thy chalice of preservation. Source: Conversation with Copilot, 6/12/2024 |

Worry not, dear reader. I'm not going to go round drinking soap or lye. |
Immortality is a by-product of attaining the pure static state. Bringing the creative forces under control (as well a realizing the nature of self, and ending desire) liberates you from the cycles of reincarnation. The practical methods are known under various names, kriya yoga, alchemy, etc.. the knowledge aspect is simply self-knowledge. Paradoxically, to attain immortality you must realize that there truly is no death, or life. By the time you're immortal, you won't even recognize the division between existence and non-existence. |
Understand; sisters, brothers, friends, colleagues... I find myself, mercifully, still alive in my thirties. Finally, after many struggles, I have got my act together, more or less. Now, on the cusp of my Xth birthday, I still have many tasks to complete in this lifetime, but I find myself facing the inevitable physical degeneration that faces all men and women as they approach their 40s. I've done well to hold it off, but still---- death, she advances- so politely, so calmly. What a cruel joke. As you finally learn to engage the world with a modicum of maturity, the body starts to rust. On the advice of many wise ACs here, I shall rededicate myself to physical cultivation and enjoying life. I wish to achieve long life (200 years plus) for two reasons... One, I want to help a smooth transition. The changing of the guard, if you will. As some of you know, I was contacted by various groups in 2009-2013 who wanted me to continue with a citybuilding project that I started in 2009. It's taken ages to get this far, and I see the whole cycle taking 50 years. I have to remain in good health throughout this time. For years I have had the nagging impression that the keys to long life are right under our noses: Vit C, Iodine, Magnesium, MSM, distilled water, hydrogen water... all of these are dirt cheap, and some of the most powerful medcines on Earth. Add sexual moderation and inedia to this, and you have a powerful low-hanging-fruit protocol. So the processes themselves may be relatively simple, but acheiving them takes a lot of initiation work. I have the repeated vision of dying, going back to paradise, and kicking myself hard cos I missed out on the longevity protocol in yet another lifetime. It's my aim to build new cities, and get food and water to everyone on the planet within 50 years. It can be done. Scan this post and see if it has the ring o' truth. The second reason is more prosaic, more selfish... |
There is an example of a practitioner of taoist alchemy named Li Ching Yun who lived to 250. His advice is telling: "Keep a quiet heart, sit like a tortoise, walk sprightly like a pigeon and sleep like a dog". The most important part is the the first thing he says, "keep a quiet heart", this means living without ever leaving the still static state, without awareness of division and individual existence. Staying active within the world, without desire or attachment to concepts and experience.. Staying "quiet" while still living and acting.

I looked at your link. Why not take the Astragalus Root instead? Far safer and much less expensive.

Cheers! Regarding your question, soapy water does not deactivate chlorine. In fact, adding soap to water that contains chlorine, such as a swimming pool, can disrupt the pH balance and lead to issues like cloudiness and foam formation¹. It's important to maintain the proper chemical balance in pools to ensure the effectiveness of chlorine in sanitizing the water. For general cleaning purposes, if chlorine needs to be neutralized, substances like hydrogen peroxide are used instead of soapy water⁴. However, it's always best to follow specific guidelines for the type of cleaning or maintenance you're doing to ensure safety and effectiveness. Source: Conversation with Copilot, 6/13/2024 |
Yes, that's correct! Hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) can neutralize chlorine through a chemical reaction. When hydrogen peroxide is added to water containing chlorine, it reacts with the chlorine to form water (H₂O) and oxygen (O₂). This reaction effectively removes the active chlorine from the water, rendering it neutral. Here's a simplified version of the chemical reaction: This process is used in various applications, including swimming pools, to reduce chlorine levels. For instance, if a pool is overchlorinated, adding hydrogen peroxide can help bring down the chlorine concentration to a safer level¹. It's a quick and effective method to correct the chlorine balance without having to wait for it to dissipate naturally. However, it's important to note that the hydrogen peroxide used for pools is much stronger than the typical household variety found in pharmacies. Pool-grade hydrogen peroxide is specially formulated for this purpose⁴. In addition to hydrogen peroxide, other substances like sodium thiosulfate and ascorbic acid are also used to neutralize chlorine in pools². It's essential to follow proper guidelines and dosages when using these chemicals to ensure safety and maintain the right balance in the water. Source: Conversation with Copilot, 6/13/2024 |
Hydrogen peroxide (H₂O₂) can be neutralized by various substances, depending on the context and the concentration of H₂O₂. Here are some common neutralizers:
It's important to handle the neutralization process carefully, especially with higher concentrations of hydrogen peroxide, as the reaction can be exothermic and produce heat. For household concentrations (around 3%), simply diluting with water and allowing it to decompose naturally is often sufficient¹. For stronger solutions, specific neutralizing agents should be used following safety guidelines. Source: Conversation with Copilot, 6/13/2024 |
In your first link, the ebay link, it indicates that Astragalus causes the body to regenerate telomerase. He warned against the synthetics as well. So be careful with those $300.00 drops. |

The "Answer lies in Cancer" poster posted a pic of someone with a device over his third eye. Maybe by restimulating the thalamus and brain we can live longer. |
Rosy lye again.
Im not going to be dumb enough to drink artifial lye. But a natural extract with lye like properties may help cleanse the body. The closest think to Rosy Lye is Red Potash. [link to en.wikipedia.org (secure)] [link to globalfoodbook.com (secure)] Then you have the Rosy-crucians. Definitely going out on a speculative limb here. I will be careful not to ingest anything stupid. |
Silica is amazing! A great blood cleanser. I researched fulvic acid in the past as well. Detoxes heavy metals, kills parasites and fungal overgrowth.

Yes, hydrogen peroxide can be used as a preservative in some food products. It works by inhibiting the growth of microorganisms that can spoil or contaminate food, thereby extending the shelf life of the product. Hydrogen peroxide is particularly effective against bacteria, yeasts, and molds. But it is important to note that the use of hydrogen peroxide as a preservative is regulated and must comply with specific safety standards. However, it may not be suitable for all types of food products. What Is The Use of Hydrogen Peroxide in Milk Preservation? This can help to prevent spoilage and extend the shelf life of the milk by several days. However, it is important to note that the use of hydrogen peroxide in milk preservation is strictly regulated and must comply with specific safety standards to ensure that the final product is safe for consumption. |
What if, what if... What if the truth is the government would be pleased, surprised happy if one or more appeared. The difference between them and us suddenly became very short, and we all... governor and shoe washer all working out in the sun together. Maaaaannnny questions now arise for the anomalous one. Star Wars, ever wonder how a farmboy found his way to battling a hulking sith lord while countless hierarchies of soldiers battled at his lead?, and Luke was not once hit with an rpg? So the problems in life that were mere dandelions, are the major issues. Talk about life turned upside down. And just in time... sheesh. |

Omen last night: 2/3 on Khmer or Indonesian... 1/3 on Russian. Basil still working.... |
Today I ate some basil from the local shop with lye or egg noodles. Cooked it for about a minute, to slightly wilt it. Mood = 8 or 9.
20-30 - 20% H202 drops on palms, abdomen, thyroid, thighs etc... be careful at this concentration. Avoid teeth and nails.
Food was cooked in Kaporit water. Credit to Mr Sukka.
Drank 4-5 coconuts. Felt goooood. Will prioritize funds to this.
Ate a lot of ginger... felt moody but more energized.
Above foods all inexpensive... General mood = 8 or 9. A good night in studying Khmer. Hope this will pay off exponentially within 2-3 months. 12 max.
