We should create a simple gui app to monitor clients and send any data or file to any client.

Gui is a Monitor to see all configs, reload configs, see errors, e.t.c

At first time Runner will be a simple utility with TcpServer without any usefull functionality, however i think we could choose a simple server or one from extensions (echo or time).

GUI almost done, left to adjust log level and display logs and basically GUI will be completed.
