Selecting checkbox in header not working correctly

Hello - After upgrading to 2.31.3 (we were a few versions behind), we noticed that our "select all" checkboxes were no longer working. These were checkboxes in the row that, when checked, either checked all or unchecked all, checkboxes in the rows. If we remove the tablesorter from the table, the functionality returns. Here is a barebones fiddle.

Removing tablesorter from the second table returns the "select all" functionality.

The click and change triggers on the checkbox don't seem to be firing.

Thoughts?
