Hello,

How do I alter a probe layout once I have made it? I can create a new one via the GUI but not sure if I can amend on the GUI. If not, where are they saved in the code?

They are saved in \Kilosort2\configFiles and you can load this file into matlab, edit the variables, and re-save if you like.
