Hi there,

I noticed that in the default Neuropixel 3A channel map, ten channels have connected set to 0. Is that intentional? If yes, it's unclear why these would be disconnected and removed from spike sorting.

The channels in question are:

find(~connected)
37    76   113   152   189   228   265   304   341   380

Ignore me, I should have been using Neuropixel 3B channel map.
