Viewing ks2 clusters with Plexon offline sorter

Is there a way to export the ks2 clusters to a format compatible with other offline sorters, like Plexon, to manually curate the clusters after sorting?

No, but you should try Phy2 which has a ton of new views and is specifically designed to show you more information based on the Kilosort2 output (like the templates).
