Right now there's a few seconds of no feedback for the user as the paypal braintree modal closes after payment and the user returns to our donate site. Design a loading page so that the user knows something is happening as our post-payment funnel loads.

@nicklee @solarissmoke Sorry I haven't gotten around to this this week, but I'm aiming to have something to you by my Monday or Tuesday end of day. Does that work?
